Church Camp 2023

Come and enjoy a wonderful weekend away at Mount Tamborine Conference Centre with our church family.  Day visitor options are available for those who can't stay the whole weekend.

What to Expect:
Upon arrival you will receive a Welcome Pack. This pack will include your assigned room, keys, and any other necessary information. Moreover, our team will be readily available on-site to provide any assistance or guidance as needed.

 

There will also be times of fellowship, teaching, worshiping together, coffee, intergeneration games and fun for the kids!  We'd love to see you there as we enjoy the gift of Christian fellowship given to us by our faithful Father.

Dietary Restrictions:
Please note any dietary restrictions when registering yourself/family members.

Unaccompanied Children
Children aged 14 and up may come without a parent/guardian. 

Please make sure to check 'yes' when asked if you are attending without a parent/guardian. You will be required to return a permission slip from your parent/guardian prior to attending.

Price:

The total cost includes all food and accommodation. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen, stationary, clothing and toiletries. An email will be sent closer to the date with further details of what to bring. 

Cancellation: 

To ensure our site fees are covered, change of mind cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation cost.

Homestead Accommodation

• Persons aged 14 and up: $135.00

• children aged 5 - 13: $75.00

• children aged 1 - 4: $25.00

 

Powered Camping

• Persons aged 14 and up: $120.00

• children aged 5 - 13: $55.00

• children aged 1 - 4: $20.00

 

Unpowered Camping

• Persons aged 14 and up: $110.00

• children aged 5 - 13: $50.00

• children aged 1 - 4: $20.00

 

Day Visitors

• Persons aged 14 and up: $25.00 per day

• children aged 5 - 13: $15.00 per day

• children aged 1 - 4: $10.00 per day
